Inherited a business with declining sales due to administration, poor Q & D performance & eroded distribution channel confidence. Spearheaded with Management development of a strategy to grow sales, based on revitalising main plant through lean agenda. Lifted output 25% and reduced Q incidents by 80%. Achieved business turnaround enabling private equity client to exit.
