I provide hands on interim leadership for SME engineering/industrial product businesses under corporate, family, MBO and private equity ownership. I primarily work as an interim MD or chief executive, taking P&L responsibility and working directly with the management team and investors.

I have worked with businesses ranging in size and scale from £5m to £80m, 100 to 500 employees and single site to multisite (UK, Europe, USA). Each business faced challenges as it pushed for growth and needed some strategic realignment to deliver positive outcomes for the owners.
